Radon (Rn) is a clear, odorless, and tasteless Noble gas and therefore chemically inert. It is a naturally occurring radioactive element with a half life of approximately four days.

We understand that having elevated radon levels in your home can be unsettling. We have performed hundreds of mitigations in Vermont and New Hampshire, and have developed a low maintenenace design that is capable of mitigating most homes in the unique climatic conditions of the Northeast. Our experience working on Superfund sites and cleaning up multiple underground oil and chemical spills has transferred to removing radon from your home.

Since 1994 we have been mitigating homes in the Northeast. Whether for a real estate transaction or for the health of your family, we provide prompt, professional service. NERC handles all aspects of the mitigation from inspection, system design, installation, and post mitigating testing. We only use subcontrators to provide licensed electrical installations when they are required.
